1. About these terms
These terms explain the conditions for using the SHAX website, assessment, courses, mentoring and private member area. By using a SHAX service, you agree to these terms. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
2. SHAX services
SHAX provides educational content, strategy guidance and practical support relating to Amazon businesses, AI implementation and business systems. The exact service, programme, access period and price will be shown at the point of application or purchase.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Course and member-area access is personal, may be limited to the programme or course purchased, and must not be shared, resold or sublicensed. We may suspend access where there is misuse, unauthorised sharing or a material breach of these terms.
4. Payments and access periods
Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. Instalment or Pay Later availability is determined by that provider and eligibility rules. Unless stated otherwise, a paid course access period begins when access is granted and ends on the expiry date shown in your account. Failed, reversed or refunded payments may result in access being paused or removed.
5. Intellectual property
SHAX materials, course content, prompts, documents, branding and software remain owned by SHAX or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own learning and business implementation. You must not reproduce, publish, distribute, sell or use them to create a competing product without written permission.
6. No guaranteed outcomes
Business results depend on many factors, including your decisions, market conditions, capital, execution and third-party platforms. SHAX does not guarantee profit, revenue, rankings, approval, automation outcomes or any particular business result.
7. Third-party services
SHAX may link to or integrate with services such as Amazon, Stripe, PayPal, Bunny Stream, Calendly, TikTok or WhatsApp. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. SHAX is not responsible for third-party availability, decisions, fees or changes.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use the platform to break the law, infringe rights, upload malicious content, attempt to access another user’s data, interfere with the service or submit confidential credentials and secrets that SHAX has not requested.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the service changes. The latest version will be published on this page. If you have a question about your service or account, use the support route provided in your member area.
